Since Valentine's Day was on a Thursday this year and Nick is in the midst of busy season, we decided to have a low key Valentine's dinner at our apartment. I made a special dinner of Balsalmic glazed Salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry salad and bread with oil and vinegar dip. It was delicious!! It was nice to just hang out, eat dinner, drink wine, and just spend time together. It was a perfect night :)
