.endless summer.

Whew! It's been a while since I have updated the blog. Between having a newborn, friends and family come visit, and just the daily tasks of life- I haven't found much free time to update the blog. Oops! This summer has flown by ever since Parker arrived and it has been an absolute blast!! Here is a little update on the Dietzen household...

Parker:

-growing like crazy and eating like it's going out of style

-started to smile

-can move his head from side to side while on his tummy

-loves tummy time

-loves to fall asleep on Daddy's chest

-sleeping an average of 5-7 hours straight during the night

-is almost grown out of his newborn clothes

-doesn't really like the carseat but loves the car rides

-has blue eyes (but they can still change)

Visitors:

-Mimi & Papa Berceau

-Grandma & Grandpa Dietzen

-Dietzen Family (Derek, Linds, Hannah, JD, Angela & Mason)

-Jenkins Family (Brad, Shannon and Sawyer)

-Scotty Mac and Jen Jen

**our house has become somewhat of a hotel the past few months. We have had visitors from out of town almost every single week! But it has been awesome!!

Trips:

-Spokane

-Bainbridge Island (Parker took his first ferry ride)

-Downtown Seattle (been there many times with the various visitors)

-California (coming up in September and again in October)

Life has been busy but so much fun. I LOVE staying home with Parker and taking care of the household and enjoying our company. I still have a month and a half left of maternity leave and am planning on thoroughly enjoying it!
